SNOHOMISH GARDEN TOUR
The Snohomish Garden Club will present its 34th Annual Garden Tour on Sunday, June 30, 2019 from noon until 5:00 p.m. This year’s tour offers a unique variety of gardens, with five in the Dutch Hill area just outside of Snohomish and a sixth garden in Monroe. You’ll see blooming perennials and annuals, garden art including sculptures, and lovingly-tended landscapes. New this year will be music in two gardens, and “plein air” artists in all gardens as well. Besides enjoying an afternoon of pleasant wandering, tour-goers can count on coming away with lots of good ideas and inspiration.
Tickets are now available at these locations: McAuliffe’s Valley Nursery and McDaniel’s Do It Center in Snohomish, Molbak's Home and Garden (Woodinville), and Sunnyside Nursery (Marysville). The ticket price is $15 and will be available day of tour, beginning at 10 a.m. at Snohomish Senior Center, 506 4th Street, and McDaniel's Do It Center in Snohomish. Children 12 and under may take the tour free of charge. Online tickets at $12 are available through the Club website, www.snohomishgardenclub.com.
There will also be a plant sale beginning at 10 a.m. at the Snohomish Senior Center.
Proceeds from the annual Snohomish Garden Club Tour are used to fund the hanging flower baskets in downtown Snohomish.
